How about an innovative creative idea to decrease cost of overcrowding in our Oklahoma Prisons today? Maybe have a chance at real reform?  How many people out there today reading this know a person in prison an Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections Prison or a private prison the state has a contract with to house one of our prisoners?  Is it a family member? Do they have a drug problem? Maybe a few DUI’s?
